1. Acceptance of These Terms

3. Licences for Wdes Products

  2. General Licence Restrictions

    By visiting Wdes website at https://wdes.org, you agree not to:
    1. modify, distribute, sublicense, or sell the Products or any derivative works;
    2. remove proprietary notices or trademarks;
    3. attempt to reverse‑engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Product code or software contained on Wdes's website;
    4. make the Products available on a network where they could be used by multiple devices simultaneously;
    5. use the Products in any unlawful, immoral, or defamatory manner;
    6. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
    7. transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
    This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions or the license terms or if you commit any action we consider as a risk, in this case your access to Wdes products and services may be terminated by Wdes at any time. 5. Payment Processor and Merchant of Record (MoR)

Wdes uses Paddle.com as the MoR for Wdes Products. Paddle processes payments, collects applicable VAT/sales taxes, and provides payment‑related support for the products it handles. All transactions are encrypted and managed by the relevant MoR; Wdes does not collect or store your payment details. Prices may change without notice and may be displayed in your local currency.

Paddle also serve as the reseller of our software. This means they take care of order processing, payment security, fraud protection, and adherence to local tax laws on our behalf. This partnership allows us to focus on offering high-quality products while ensuring a seamless and secure transaction experience for you.

All transactions are encrypted and securely processed through Paddle. We do not store your credit card details or have access to your card information. Paddle adheres to international standards of data security to ensure your payment information is safe.

Prices for products or services listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Paddle supports multiple currencies, and currency conversion rates may apply according to your location and payment method.

If you purchase a subscription-based service, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing period.

Wdes does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Wdes may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Wdes does not make any commitment to update the materials.

The Site may contain links to third‑party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Wdes. Wdes does not endorse or assume any responsibility for such third‑party content. Accessing third‑party sites is at your own risk.

10. Term and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your Account and rights to access our platform at any time and effective immediately, if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination of your rights under these Terms, your Account and right to access and use our platform will terminate immediately. Wdes will not have any liability whatsoever to you for any termination of your rights under these Terms, including for termination of your Account.

If your account is terminated, you will be prohibited from accessing or using any of our products, services, or websites. Additionally, applying for a new account is not permitted, as you will no longer be welcome in our community.

11. Export Compliance & Sanctions

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to EU, US, or UN sanctions and are not on any sanctions list. You must comply with all applicable export‑control laws when using or exporting Products.
